Day 1- My friend dropped me off at the airport and I waited for him to park his card. We checked
in and proceeded to the VIP lounge to wait for our flight and to have a beverage and pretzels. We
had an hour before boarding time so I tried to go on-line while in the lounge but wasn’t able to
get my computer connected.
When it was time for boarding we headed for the gate and got on the plane early with my VIP
card. The plane was kind of full but had some open seats in the rear. The person in front of us by
the window had the whole 2 seater to himself. The last 5 rows of the middle 3 seater had only one
person in each of those rows and they laid down and slept throughout the flight. They were the
lucky ones.
During meal service they ran out of BBQ chicken and we got stuck with the pork guisantes.
The funny thing though is that the Filipinos were taking the chicken and passing on their Filipino
dish of pork guisantes. That is strange that the airline made sure they had a lot of the pork and
then the Filipino people didn’t eat it. Of course I don’t like that pork dish so I didn’t eat it. I was
starting to feel hungry and wanted to get my sandwich. Just then which was about 2 hours into
the flight during our meal service the turbulence started getting a little rougher. After they picked
up our meager meal tray I still had my sprite zero can and drink cup when all of a sudden a big
jolt hit the aircraft. The plane swayed wildly from side to side and it knock off my can of soda
spilling the contents all over my blanket and pants. Some of the soda went on top of my friend’s
pants, too. My can rolled somewhere down the aisle during the heavy turbulence. Other people’s
drinks fell on the floor, too, so it wasn’t only me.
We braced for the hour long turbulence which was rather scary and some women were letting out
some small screams during the dips and jolts. Finally after the turbulence let down some I was
able to use the lavatory. There was some more turbulence along the way but much less than that
big one during our meal. About half way through the flight they gave us a cup of Ben & Jerry’s
fudge brownie ice cream. An hour before arrival into NAIA Manila we had a very small portion of
ice cold pancit bihon for the snack. The food portions is really tiny and it’s best to bring aboard
with you something to eat especially if they serve you something you don’t like.
When we arrived in Manila the process through immigration and passport control only took about
15 minutes which is fast compared to normal. The same wasn’t true for the baggage claim
process. We had to wait one hour for our bags to come out. The bags were coming onto the
carousel very slowly like one bag or box every 20 or 30 seconds. Just our luck that our bags were
the last ones to come out. We went through customs and then met up with our hotel pick up
service. We exchanged some dollars to pesos at the current 45.25 pesos to a dollar. The traffic
was heavy on Roxas so it took about 30 minutes to reach Swagman Hotel. It was like 7:30 PM
already and we checked into our room. My friend complained about his TV and got a free
upgrade but turned it down when he noticed that the aircon wasn’t working in the upgraded
room. He instead ask for a discount and got 10% off. I guess it pays to complain. That didn’t
work for me so I had to pay the regular price.
We went out for a quick meal around 8:30 PM at the new Jollibee that opened up right on
M.H.Del Pilar street near our hotel. After eating our meal we walked down the road about 5
blocks to LA Café stopping to look at some of the small bars along the way.
We went into LA Café and it was packed at around 9:00 PM. The waitress moved some of the
freelancing girls so we were able to get a table. The girls came from all over trying to make their
moves on us. My friend was bent on meeting up the girl he saw on the last trip. He called her up
and she said that she’ll be coming to LA Café shortly. While in the bar there was this persistent
freelancer that was around 27 and not so good lucking that was hustling me. She wouldn’t leave
me alone and seemed desperate. I couldn’t shake her off. That prevented me from checking out
the other better looking girls inside the bar.
I gave her 200 pesos to eat something outside so that’ll give me about 15 minutes to look for
another girl. I struck up a conversation with some other girls that moved in when that other girl
left. Sure enough, that old girl came back and chased away the girls that I was talking to. It looks
like I’m stuck with this one and no matter how hard I try she kept saying we go to hotel.
After 3 hours of waiting inside LA Café my friend’s girl finally shows up. She put on some weight
since the last time but he ultimately decided to take her. We left the bar with the 2 girls in tow.
We took a peek inside Amazonia but it was super slow inside and a waste of time with nothing
decent as far as freelancers in concern. LA Café is where the action is at.
We walked back to our hotel and the girls had to show there ID card at the front desk before
coming up to our rooms. This is the first time that they required Ids but probably it’s a safety
issue.
The girl that I was with which is the octopus with sticky tentacles which wouldn’t let me go took
a shower right away. She wanted to get to the action right away. After 30 minutes she gave up
and said she needed to go home. I didn’t get to finish but I think it’s better to get rid of her. I
gave her the 1500 peso short time fee plus she wanted 200 pesos for the taxi. I didn’t give her any
gifts since I didn’t think she did a good job. I set my alarm for 8:15 AM so that I can meet my
friend downstairs for breakfast.
Day 2- I woke up to my alarm clock at 8:15 AM. My friend called a few minutes later to ask
me if I wanted to eat breakfast with him and his girl from last night. I met my friend in the
hotel’s restaurant and he had his girl with him so he ended up taking her for long time.
He’s having better luck than me so far in this trip.
After breakfast we went back to our rooms to finish packing up for our bus ride to Angeles
City. We went down to the lobby to check out around 11:00 AM. While waiting for the
11:30 AM fly the bus to depart I took a quick walk to the nearby 7-11 store to buy a 300
peso load for my Globe card to top off my cell phone. When I got back to the hotel it was
time for boarding the bus to Angeles City. We got on and the bus was only partly filled
with some open seats. We each had our section of seats which gave us a lot of room to
stretch out and relax.
We arrived in Angeles City at 11:30 AM and the bus dropped us off by Sub Delicious. We
had to walk down the road to our hotel with our bags in tow. We went to check in at the
front lobby desk but our rooms wasn’t ready yet so we had lunch at the Central Café in
Central Park Hotel. I ordered the Thai style fried rice for 160 pesos. After we finished our
lunch we checked into our hotel rooms.
I quickly unpacked and then I met one of my friend downstairs in the lobby. We walked
over to Check Point and got on the yellow jeepney going down Perimeter Road. After a
long ride we saw Clarkton Hotel and got off because we passed our destination already. We
had a long walk to our choice for a drink which was inside Honey Ko’s.
Inside Honey Ko’s I ran into the cherry girl that I met on my last trip. She saw me right
away as I walked into the bar. She sat down by me and I bought her a drink. We went
there for about an hour before my friend and I paid our bill. I paid the 1000 pesos for the
bar fine and we walked to the nearby Hotel Crown short time rooms. The charge for a
room up to 3 hours is 200 pesos.
We took a look inside the room and it looked new. It’s much better than most short time
rooms and features hot water and xxx sex tapes on the TV. After the cherry girl washed me
off in the shower I dried off with the towel. She came over and proceeded to give me a
strong BJ but I wasn’t able to come with only that so she finally used her hands and then I
finally came. She told me that I had a fountain coming out probably because I didn’t finish
last night with the freelancer in Manila.
I walked back to Perimeter Road with my girl and then I caught the jeepney to check point
while my cherry girl went back to Honey Ko’s. After arriving at check point I exchanged
some money to pesos at the exchange rate of 45.40 pesos to the dollar. I then bought some
water and drinks to put inside my empty refrigerator.
My friend called me up shortly after I got back to my hotel room. We agreed to meet at
8:00 PM in the lobby. I quickly got dressed and went downstairs to meet up with my
friends. We walked over to Margarita Station and ate our dinner there. After our other
friend showed up at Margarita Station we walked into Coyote Ugly for a quick drink
around 9:30 PM.
The bar was slow inside with only a hand full of customers. After having a drink inside
there we walked to the nearby Heaven Above. It’s located upstairs in the old Club Klass
bar. There wasn’t much to look at over there, too. We next walked into Typhoon minus one
of our friends. The friend that was with me found one of his past bar fines working there
but didn’t take her at the moment.
I split up with my friend while he walked up Field’s Ave. towards the Blue Nile while I
went in the opposite direction to Roadhouse. I was amazed at how slow Roadhouse was.
The clientele dropped since the manager left the bar last year. I got a little wild and bought
lady drinks for 4 dancers that we talking to me. I wasn’t planning on taking a bar fine
anyway since I already had my short time. The new manager in Roadhouse bought me a
beer so I thanked him by lifting the bottle of beer. I ended up with a 700+ peso bill and I
gave the waitress a good tip.
My final stop was Atlantis. I got a booth style seat near the stage. I watched the regular
dancers and then the show girl dancers as they came up onto the stage. After their dancing
session the regular dancers came back on the stage. I talked with one of the show girls next
to me and then I bought her a regular priced lady drink. We chatted for awhile until 3:00
AM and then I left after paying the bill.
I walked back to my room and took a shower, brushed my teeth, and worked with my
netbook until 5:00 AM. I didn’t set my alarm clock to ring as I’ll sleep in until lunch time.
Day 3- My friend called me around 10:00 AM to go out for breakfast/lunch. I didn't get
much sleep since I had a hard time trying to relax and I didn't lie down until past 5:00 in
the morning. I quickly took a shower and got ready to meet my friend in the lobby. We
walked to the nearby Jollibee but they didn't have coffee so we then walked over to the SM
Mall Clark. We went to McDonald's but they had a limited menu so we ended up eating a
small snack at Chow King. The meal there was light which included a small bowl of beef
noodle soup and a small glass of coke zero for 102 pesos.
We walked around the mall taking a look at the 99 peso ribeye that my other friend had
earlier in the week. We then went upstairs to check out what was playing at the theaters.
I've only seen one of the 6 movies that was playing. When we finished checking out the
starting times of the movies we walked out of the mall and went inside Action Travel on
Field's Ave. to ask about possible side trips.
I was asking about going to Subic for a couple of days but the agent said that the hotels
were fully booked for the weekend. That kind of messed up my plans to check out Subic.
We then walked out of Action Travel and then we went our separate ways.
I went to a money changer and found that the exchange rate went down to 45.30 today. I
exchange some dollars and then took a look inside Voodoo. I stayed inside there for a
couple of hours. I bought a waitress a lady drink at the happy hour price of 125 pesos.
Before I was ready to leave one of my friends called me up and met me inside Voodoo. We
stayed in there for about 30 minutes longer and then he left for Perimeter Rd. while I went
back to my hotel room to wait for the massage girl that I texted while drinking at Voodoo.
The massage girl showed up at 5:00 PM. She gave me the usual massage while continuously
talking about various subjects. After the one hour massage session I paid her and then she
left. I got a phone call from my friend saying that he wanted to eat dinner at 7:30 PM.
We met in the lobby about 15 minutes late. We walked over to SM Mall Clark for our
dinner. Along the way we saw that the exchange rate dived to 45 even pesos to the dollar.
It's always the case that the currency exchange goes down instead of up.
We ate dinner at Kenny Roger's Roasters which is my favorite restaurant in the
Philippines. The price went up to 175 pesos for the healthy chicken plate but it's still a good
bargain when compared to Margarita Station or Kokomos.
After our dinner we walked back to Field's Ave. to look for a bar to have a drink in. My
friend was looking into each bar along the way until we bumped into our other friend. We
decided to go into Honey Pot for a drink. My friend picked up his girl from this club so it's
back to the 2 of us for the rest of the evening.
We left our friend at Honey Pot with his girl and ended up inside Crystal Palace. We stayed
inside Crystal Palace for an hour and then we went inside Lancelot. I met up with the
mamasan there and she introduced me to one of her girls. My friend and I stayed inside
Lancelot for about an hour. I ended up taking the Lancelot dancer with me.
My friend went his own way from here to pick up his date from La Bamba. I went with my
girl to the new bar Shark. It's really small inside of Shark and the selection of dancers isn't
anything to write about. I got a call from my friend saying that he's going to Atlantis next
with his girl.
I brought my girl with me into Atlantis and met up with my friend. We sat near the front
of the club so we had a close view of the dancers on stage. Atlantis has a lot of dancers
including a large selection of showgirls. I didn't see the dancer that I bought a drink for last
night. We stayed until about 2:00 AM and then we walked back to our hotel rooms.
The girl that I was with from Lancelot was rather slim and had no baby. We watched the
Filipino movies and then had our session. I set the alarm for 8:00 AM so that the girl can
get ready for her hygiene in the morning. She's the first long time that I had on this trip so
far. She was passion enough to make me finish a little faster tonight. I'll probably hook up
with my steady tomorrow.
Day 4- I woke at 8:00 AM so that the girl can get ready to go to hygiene. She left soon after
and I gave her the customary tip in the morning. After she left I went on the internet to
check on my Subic hotel reservations for tomorrow. I found out that I still don't have an e-mail confirmation yet and that's getting me worried. I have to notify the front desk at my
current hotel that I'll be checking out tomorrow for one day and then return the following
day. I also have to arrange my transportation to Subic. I hate to go to Subic and find out
that they didn't get my reservations for the hotel and I don't have any proof of the
reservations either. It's really busy in Subic now with the holy week holiday starting and all
the hotels are fully booked.
About an hour later I resent my confirmation request to the website and got a text message.
It said that my hotel reservation for Kokomos Beach Resort in Baloy Beach is confirmed
and maybe the previous confirmation are in my spam box. I checked my spam box and
they were right. I'll have to keep checking my spam folder from time to time for important
e-mails.
We met in the hotel lobby to have lunch. Since my other 2 friends ate breakfast already I
just ate at the nearby Jollibee. I had the usual order of the super meal for 125 pesos. We
then walked over to Action Travel to make the Subic Express but service to Subic for me
since I'll be the only one going to Subic.
After that my friends went back to the hotel and agreed to meet in the hotel lobby at 2:30
PM so that we can go to Honey Ko's together. I decided I had an hour to spare so I texted
the massage girl at the massage parlor to see if she's available. She finally came by around
2:15 PM. I called up my friends to let them know to go ahead without me and then I'll
catch up with them later.
After the hour long massage I paid her the fee and then I got ready to meet up with my
friends at the bar. I caught the jeepney which is still 7 pesos each way to Honey Ko's. I
went inside and my friends were there with their company. My regular cherry girl there
already had a customer so I'll just have a drink with my friends. One of my friend left early
so I went with my other friend to the next bar on our list.
We went into Club Rio which is a small dingy bar with bar girls that hustled and groped
us. They weren't shy at all. The girls were showing their assets while rubbing our little
members. They were offering a sample but I'd rather just go upstairs in the room.
My friend went up to the room already and I was ready to go up but now both rooms are
full so I had to wait for my turn. My friend finished first so I ended up using the room he
was in.
It didn't take the girl long to start going. She gave a long non stop bj trying to get me to
finish. After about an hour she had to use her hand to get me close to shooting and then she
immediately went back to a bj. I was able to finish up.
After I left Club Rio I hopped on a jeepney and got off a check point. While walking back
to my hotel I stopped at a money changer to get some more pesos. The exchange rate is still
down at 45.10 pesos to the dollar. I got back to my hotel around 6:45 PM.
My friend called me up shortly and wanted to eat dinner at 7:00 PM. I rushed to get ready
by that time. I walked down to the lobby and met my friend. We were joined by our other
friend outside of the hotel.
We walked over to SM Mall Clark to have dinner. We ate at the local food court. My
friends had the Korean beef stew while I had the sizzling ribeye steak platter for 99 pesos.
After dinner we headed back to Field’s Ave. to begin our bar hopping.
Our first stop was on the other end of Field’s Ave. in the ritzy Club Asia. Due to the smaller
customer base during the off season only one stage was open but at least the dancers were
concentrated in one area so the stage looked packed with girls. They have the 2 tier bar fine
system. The regular dancers with the white numbers are 1350 pesos and the show girl
dancers with the green numbers are a whopping 3000 pesos each. There’s a great disparity
in the looks department with the best looking girls being in the show girl category. The
show girls don’t do anything different on stage. They are higher priced because of their
income generating potential due to their better looks.
After an hour inside there we went inside Champagne. Inside one of the girls that I bar
fined before wanted to sit with me but I suggested that she sit with my friend since he
knows her, too. My other friend sat down near us but didn’t buy any dancers a drink. My
steady girl friend showed up and she stayed by me. We talked for awhile and then she
wanted to go bar hopping with me. I paid her bar fine and off we went to Atlantis. My
other friends went their separate ways.
There was a 12:00 midnight show at Atlantis with the Brazilian swimsuit show. One of my
friends showed up when the show started and he sat next to me. We were served the usual
complimentary popcorn and watched the show. The lights were turned on so that whoever
wanted to take pictures could do so. We had a clear view of the stage but a couple of guys
sat down in front of us at the last second so that spoiled my picture taking view.
I tried to take some pictures but they were not centered because of the blocked view up
front. Most of my pictures didn’t turn out good due to the delayed action of my slow
shutter speed and the bad angle I had.
After the show was over my friend left to check out another bar. I took my girl with me to
Genesis to finish our bar hopping run for the night. We stayed there until 2:00 AM. I was
quite tired already slipping in and out of consciousness throughout the night. It could be
from the lack of sleep I was getting during this trip.
My girl & I walked back to our hotel room and we had a night cap. I finally went to sleep
setting my alarm for a 9:00 AM wake up in the morning.
Day 5- I woke up to the 9:00 AM alarm and started to get ready for breakfast. My girl
friend had to leave already to check on her daughter. I said my good byes to her and told
her that I’ll be back tomorrow from Subic.
After she left I went downstairs to Central Café which is the hotel’s restaurant downstairs.
I ordered the Central Park breakfast with bacon & scrambled eggs, hash browns, wheat
toast, and hot tea for 210 pesos. It’s a pretty decent breakfast for a good price. After
finishing the filling meal I went back up to my room to do my final packing for my trip to
Subic.
I went down to the lobby at 12:00 noon to check out and pay my hotel bill. I met my friend
in the lobby and we went up to his air conditioned room to cool off since the hotel’s lobby is
still until renovation. Our other friend soon joined us and we just were discussing the
details of our trip. Around 12:45 PM we went downstairs to wait for my van ride to Subic.
The van arrived a few minutes after the scheduled 1:00 PM pick up time. I waved to my
friends as the van headed for the new SCTEX highway that cuts down the travel time to
the Subic Freeport to 45 minutes. It took another 20 minutes to make it to Baloy Beach
where Kokomo’s resort is located. I got out of the van and paid the driver the 500 peso
fare.
I checked into Kokomos Resort and had to wait about 10 minutes for my room to be
cleaned. After paying for my 1600 peso standard room I went inside and unpacked. The
room wasn’t really fancy but for the price and located near the beach then it’s not too bad.
The room was rather small. The wardrobe closet has some damage to the it. The in room
safe is attached to the shelf of the closet which doesn’t make it really that secure. I left most
of my money in my friend’s safe in Angeles City so I’ll only need to put my netbook and
passport inside the safe in my room.
The bathroom has a shower with an electrical heater for the hot water. The bathroom sink
only has cold water. The bed is kind of cheap looking. There’s a large 25” color TV set with
remote. There are more cable channels which go up to channel 77. The room has a small
mini bar and only one small wicker chair. There’s a small night stand but no desk. You
have to upgrade to the next level of room to get a desk. The side and front windows have
iron bars on them since my room is located right by the street near the hotel’s entrance.
There’s no deadbolt or other latches on the door. There’s only the main door knob for the
room key. There’s no ceiling fan in the room. The air conditioner works OK and you don’t
need to put the key into a slot to run it. The standard room is passable if only for one night
but for a longer stay it’ll probably be better to upgrade to a better room closer to the
beach.
I tried to connect to the hotel’s wireless WIFI connection but my connection didn’t work.
Somehow my netbook cannot connect to a WI FI source. There’s no LAN connection in the
hotel room so I’ll have to go without internet access for the one day that I’m in Subic.
Around 5:30 PM I took a walk to check out the beach in front of the hotel. After a short
stroll along the beach in front of the hotel I ate at the Kokomo's restaurant which was an
open air venue. I was the only one in the outdoor restaurant. The prices in the menu was
on the higher side. I ordered the grilled pork chop meal with mashed potatoes, mixed
vegetables, small corn on the cob, dinner roll, and mineral water. The tab came out to 290
pesos for the meal.
After eating the rather tasty meal that took 30 minutes to prepare in the nearby Treasure
Island Resort's kitchen I washed up in my room and got dressed for the evening. I
bargained with the trike driver in front of Kokomo's and was able to get a ride to Wet Spot
in Barrio Barretto for 45 pesos. I walked into the Wet Spot and it looked like a smaller
version of an Angeles City agogo club. The beer cost 70 pesos in the bar with lady drinks
priced at 150 pesos and bar fine at 1500 pesos. I bought a couple of lady drinks before
leaving.
I walked down to the next bar Angelwitch. This is another one of those Field's Ave. type of
bars. There was about 7-8 dancers on stage but no real stunners. I had a beer there and
then left after paying my bill. My next stop was another of the Dryden group of bars Rum
Jungle. This bar had fewer dancers and I was surrounded by half a dozen girls. I ended up
buying about 4 lady drinks there. It was my largest tab of the evening.
My next stop was in the 4th bar of the Dryden group of bars called Voodoo. There was only
about 1 or 2 dancers on stage as the rest of the dancers were having lady drinks so they
didn't need to dance. The bar was packed but no fun for me since there wasn't any dancers
to choose from. I didn't stay there long and left. I walked next to the Lips complex but only
the Upper Lips club was open up upstairs. Inside the Lips bar was so-so. They had around
8 dancers on stage but they didn't seem interested in hustling lady drinks. After leaving
Lips I walked back in the opposite direction to the Cat Walk Club.
The Cat Walk is a larger sized venue but only had about 7-8 dancers on stage. The dancers
didn't to be interested in hustling lady drinks so after about 30 minutes I left. I went into
the nearby Oriental Rose next. Inside this club there were only about 5 dancers on stage
and they weren't much to look at. I quickly drank my beer and walked out.
It's about 1:45 AM now and I scanned what's left that I haven't been in. I decided to cross
the street for the first time and check out Firefly Bar. There's no dancers inside with just
about 5 or 6 GROs on duty at that time of the night. The girls looked awful but I had to
choose one of them. I had 3 girls with me that I bought drinks for. I'm starting to run low
on pesos as I only brought with me just enough to cover my Subic trip. The bar fine is 1200
pesos and lady drinks at 100 pesos each. I finally made my decision and took the slimmer
one even though she didn't look very good.
I finally left with the GRO at around 2:30 AM. We had a tense negotiation with the trike
driver and finally settled for 70 pesos to my hotel. When we reached the hotel I paid the
driver and then I got the key from the lobby. We went inside the room and sat down to talk
a little bit.
Eventually she took a shower first and then it was my turn. The water pressure is so low
that it was hard washing off the soap from my body. She proceeded with a Perimeter St.
quality bj. She kept it up for a long time trying to get me to finish but it wasn't working.
Then she finally got on top of me and after a short while I finally finished. We washed up
and then went to sleep. It would be a short sleep since I set my alarm for 7:30 AM.
Day 6- My girl work up early at 6:00 AM saying that she wanted to leave already. We only
had a couple of hours of sleep so I'm still very sleepy yet. After she left I tried to go back to
sleep for about an hour before my alarm rang. I got up at 7:30 AM and took my shower
and packed up what I could for now. I then went to the hotel's restaurant and ordered the
Dryden super breakfast. It was a large filling breakfast consisting of 3 eggs, ham, cottage
fries, toast, and hot tea. It cost 250 pesos so it wasn't cheap but convenient for me.
After breakfast I walked out to the road and took some pictures of the Lagoon Resort Hotel
that my friend would have stayed in if he had gone to Subic with me. I walked over to
Treasure Island and checked out the souvenir shop. I ended up getting an Angelwitch t-shirt. I wanted the Rum Jungle t-shirt but it wasn't available in my size. The shirt cost me a
whopping 400 pesos but I didn't have much time since the van will be picking me up in 30
minutes.
I went back to my hotel room and finished packing up the rest of my stuff. I checked out of
the hotel and waited for the Subic Express van to pick me up at 10:00 AM. The van arrived
a few minutes late. There's only 3 passengers in the van so we all got our own bench to sit
on. The travel time to Angeles City was rather smooth and we arrived around 11:35 PM. I
got dropped off at my hotel. I was given the same room that I had earlier. I unpacked and
then met my friends in the lobby.
We walked into Chow King on Field's Ave. and had a small snack for lunch. After the meal
we walked over to the check point jeepney station and bought our jeepney ticket for 7
pesos. We hopped onto the jeepney and the driver waited until the jeepney was packed
with about 14 people before leaving. It was a tight fit as I was sitting next to my friend who
was to my right. My money was in my right pocket so I was OK. The girl on my left was
moving a little closer to me but I wasn't worried as I didn't have any valuables on my left
side. My friend had a girl sitting beside him on the right. The females got off a couple of
blocks before us. We told our driver "para po" to stop the jeepney so we could get off at
our destination of Honey Ko's.
My friend had already exited and as I was about to step off the jeepney my friend was
checking his pocket and wanted to recheck inside the jeepney for his wallet. He didn't see it
so we had to get off so the jeepney can continue on with his route. He paused for a moment
recalling the details from leaving Chow King to getting on the jeepney to just before getting
off. He's sure he didn't forget it anyway and had it when he paid his bill at Chow King. He
assumed that the female that was sitting next to him lifted his wallet from his back right
side pocket while on the jeepney and then she got off with her other companions at the stop
before us.
We then walked into Honey Ko's and sat down in one of the tables. I ordered my drink
while he was still deciding what he should do about the stolen wallet. Our other friend
arrived a few minutes later and joined us. After thinking a few minutes the friend who had
his wallet stolen decided to go back to his hotel and start the process of notifying his credit
card company about the stolen card so they can cancel it and issue a new one. He also had
a few other calls to make to protect his identity.
I was still in Honey Ko's with my other friend and we had a drink and watched the girls
coming by trying to hustle for some action. My usual girl was busy with a customer so she
brought her friend over to keep me company. I bought the girl a drink while she massaged
me. After we finished our drink we left the club.
We walked down about 200 yards to the Candy Bar to see what's inside there. The bar was
a little bigger than the usual Perimeter St. bars. It was brighter inside so I knew that this
wasn't one of those dingy type of bars that offered oral delights. I watched the dancers on
stage but they weren't really interested in looking for customers to hustle so I just watched
and enjoyed the eye candy.
After we left the bar we hopped onto a passing jeepney to head back to check point. We got
off and then I had to get some pesos for the evening. The exchange rate really tumbled with
the holy week upon us. The dollar fell to 44.80 pesos to the dollar which is the lowest of our
trip so far. While walking back to our hotel rooms we noticed that a lot of shops were
closing up for the weekend so there will be limited shops that will be offering services. Even
the SM Mall Clark was closed today and will also be closed tomorrow, too. I'll have to wait
until Saturday to go inside the mall again.
I had a lot of internet work to catch up on but I ran out of time as my friend called me up
for dinner. We met in the lobby at 7:00 PM and walked over to Margarita Station and had
the Mongolian BBQ special priced at 175 pesos. After dinner we walked over to the Police
station so that my friend could put in a police report on his stolen wallet. While waiting
there for my friend to finish his report I got a text from my girl friend and she said that
she'll meet me at the police station.
My friend was finally finished with his police report and we walked over to Crystal Palace.
I waited for my girl friend to show up after I let he know that we left the police station.
When she met up with us we entered Crystal Palace while they were having a photo shoot
session. We had seats near the front but way over to the right side of the stage with a bad
viewing angle. It was worse for me as I had a dancer's pole obstructing my view and
camera angle. I tried to take some shots but I didn't have any shots that was good and the
delay on my flash was around 5 seconds so all I ever got was shots of an empty stage
because the dancers worked fast and the lighting was too low for my flash so I ended up not
getting any pictures and gave up after a few shots.
After the show we finished up our drinks and headed to Club Asia. One of our friend went
to pick up his girl at Honey Pot so I was with only my other friend and my girl friend. The
one thing about Club Asia is that they try to get their 3000 peso show girl dancers to dance
in front of the stage so you can't see the 1350 peso regular dancers. Of course the show girls
look much better but not too many people will pay 3000 pesos for a bar fine. They'll still
buy drinks for the show girls so those girls learned to just hustle drinks and they end up
making more on drinks without having to put out on a bar fine.
After we left Club Asia my friend went to pick up his date from Bed Rock. He went his own
way with his girl while I went with my girl friend into her work place. In hindsight I would
regret going into Champagne. There was birthday party for the owner so it was busy
inside. I found a seat on the counter by the stage. My girl friend went and walked around
inside the bar while I met the manager and mamasan. I ordered my drink and I saw the
previous girl that I took out several years ago that was dancing on stage. She recognized me
right away and wanted me to buy her a drink. I didn't want to do that to cause some rifts
with my girl friend who's in the bar someplace.
About 30 minutes later one of the more comfortable seats by the wall was open so I moved
there with my girl friend who came back to sit with me. She wanted me to buy lady drinks
for the waitress, mamasan, and the dancer that I got a gift to which was the one I knew
from before that I mentioned in the last paragraph. Now I'm getting a little uncomfortable
because now I'm with my current girl friend and also with my former bar fine from a few
years ago.
I think my girl friend suspects that I had some kind of relationship with that dancer that
she called down to sit with us. My girl friend had the dancer sit next to me while the
waitress gave me a hand massage. My girl friend talked to the dancer and told her that I
was only a good friend of hers and not in a relationship. I think my girl friend was trying to
figure out how this dancer was going to react by tricking her into thinking that I'm
available for her.
The moments were tense for me as I can sense that my girl friend and the dancer was
playing a game of cat and mouse trying to figure out about each other's relationship to me.
My girl friend went away for a short while probably to see if the dancer makes a move on
me. The dancer did fondle me a little and showed her interest in me. That made me have
mixed feelings of our previous relationship and also that I had better not pursue anything
to avoid having a scene in the bar.
I bought another rounds of drinks when it became obvious that my girl friend didn't want
to leave yet. She would tell the other dancer to put her arms around me and kiss and such.
Then a few minutes later my girl friend will hug me in front of the dancer and send some
confusing messages to her. I'm thinking to myself that I've got to get out of here before I
freak out. Eventually I was able to convince my girl friend that we needed to leave because
it was past 2:00 AM already and I was feeling the effect of the lack of sleep for the duration
of my trip.
We finally left after I paid my tab. I said goodnight to the waitress and dancer which I
knew wanted to go with me but I knew better if I didn't want to have problems with my
girl friend.
When we got back to the hotel room we watched TV for awhile and then had our session
before going to sleep. She told me she had to leave at 6:00 AM to pick up her daughter
from the babysitter.
Day 7- My girl friend left around 6:30 AM to pick her daughter. I went back to sleep for a
couple of hours to catch up my sleep that I had been having a lack of for almost the entire
trip so far. I got up later and took my shower and got dressed. I went on the internet to
catch up with the news and other activities. My friend called up for lunch and we agreed to
meet at 12:30 PM.
When we met downstairs we walked over to the nearby Jollibee to have lunch. I had my
favorite dish Super Meal for 125 pesos. We then went to JJ's to buy some water and other
supplies for the room. My friend went back to his hotel room to take his usual afternoon
nap. I decided to do some afternoon bar hopping at the bars that I haven't been in yet.
The first bar that I went into was the Body Shop. Since today is Good Friday the girls are
not allowed to dance in their bikinis so they wore street clothes on stage. It's a little strange
to see the girls strutting their stuff in regular clothes. I bought the waitress serving me a
lady drink since it was at the happy hour price of 125 pesos instead of the usual 150 pesos.
The girls were so-so and you can't tell which ones had a baby because they are not wearing
their usual bikinis on stage.
After I finished my drink I walked into Dirty Duck. Inside this bar it's really cool with a
strong air con going. I sat down near the bar since all the other seats were already taken.
This bar has 4 groups of dancers so the stage really got crowded when the groups
overlapped. I bought a drink for a waitress but this time the lady drink was the regular 150
pesos. My beer was 50 pesos for happy hour.
The waitress that I was with introduced me to 3 of her dancer friends. One of them looked
pretty good and I was tempted to buy her a drink but I'll wait until another day so that I
can see what she looks like in her dance outfit and to see if she has a pooch in her stomach.
I left the bar by 5:00 PM and headed back to my room to get ready for the night out.
We met up around 6:00 PM since it was the last night for one of my friends. We ate at
Kokomos with me eating the lasagna meal for 195 pesos. I didn't care too much for the
lasagna but I forced myself to finish it up.
We then decided to go to Fantasy for our first drink of the evening. Inside the girls were in
their street clothes because of the holiday. There were some really cute dancers on stage
and it didn't take long for my 2 friends to pick out a girl to talk to. I didn't get any girls to
look my way so I just sat there and watched the dancers on stage.
We then went into Champagne and this is where all my troubles began. It was a
continuation of the problems from last night. My friends sat down with their picks to have
a drink with. I made the mistake of calling the girl that I used to know to have a drink with
me. All the girls were in street clothes just like the other bars. I began getting texts from my
girl friend saying that she'll be coming out soon so I had to try to finish up in Champagne
before I meet up with her. Then all a sudden my girl friend walked in and then saw me
with the other girl and then went outside. She started sending me texts showing her angry
emotions because she jumped to conclusion about me with that girl. She's telling me that I
like the other girl better than her and so forth. Eventually my friends and I decided to leave
the bar and continue the bar hopping but I still have to take care of the problem with my
girl friend.
I went outside with my friend. They waited for me while I tried to find my girl friend. She
stormed inside the bar looking really upset. I waited outside and finally decided to walk in
and face her. By that time I walked in she seemed to have settled down. I later found out
that the Mamasan explained to her that I didn't bar fine the girl that I bought a drink for.
She jumped to conclusion that I had bar fined her because she was in street clothes but all
the girls were dancing in street clothes because of the holiday. I was able to finally leave
with my girl friend.
We all met at Roadhouse a little after 9:00 PM to have their snacks night on Friday. They
had ham & cheese sandwiches, lumpia, and deviled eggs. I stayed away from the deviled
eggs and ate the other snacks. We watched the dancers on stage until they got to the 10:00
PM thunderstuck dance number. It's one of their signature dance that's famous in the
Angeles City area. It's one dance that's a must see while in Roadhouse.
After leaving Roadhouse one of my friends went to Honey Pot to get his girl and spend
quality time with her on his last night in Angeles City. I went with my other friend and my
girl friend to Tropix. They had a body painting show but I was unable to take any pictures
that came out due to their low lighting and also being out of range for my flash. We stayed
in their until we finished our drinks.
Our final stop was Blueberry Hill which is a karaoke type of venue complete with about 4
dancers and a couple of resident singers. My friend had brought his girl along that he had
bar fined from Champagne. We sat and watched the singers do their thing. None of us
wanted to get up and sing in front of the audience. After that we all left to go back to our
hotel rooms.
It was pretty much the same routine with my girl and she said that she'll stay until later in
the morning this time. I set my alarm to wake up at 10:00 AM because I wanted to see my
friend before he leaves for the Manila airport tomorrow afternoon.
Day 8- I got up around 10:00 AM and took my shower while my girl friend starting rising
up from the bed. After we got ready we went out and then she went back to her house
while I walked around looking for a money changer that was opened. I found out that the
exchange rate stayed the same from yesterday at 44.50 pesos to the dollar.
After changing some dollars to pesos I walked around before heading to the Pacific Breeze
Hotel to see my friend off to Manila. My other friend showed up around 11:30 AM which is
suppose to be the time of my friend's pick up time with Fly the Bus. The van came by
around 11:45 AM but my friends didn't show up yet to check out. A few minutes later my
friend came out with his girl friend in tow. He quickly checked out and said good by to his
girl friend.
My other friend and I walked over to SM Mall Clark to have lunch. We first went over to
Picture City to develop some digital prints to give to the girls before we leave Angeles City.
We had lunch next at Karate Kid. I ordered the beef teppanyaki while my friend had fish
katsu. Be both paid the same price but my friend's dish had 2 pieces of breaded fish while I
only had beef bits sprinkled on my rice. I think I got gypped on the beef portion when I
looked at the picture showing generous portions of beef while I only had beef bits in
actuality.
We walked around a bit while I bought some pandesal from Pan de Manila. I also checked
the Goldilocks store but their supplies haven't arrived yet so their shelves were bare from
the weekend. I bought a couple large boxes of candy from Daisy's kiosk for pasalubong to
take home. It cost me 250 pesos per box. After picking up our pictures we went back to our
hotel room to drop off our stuff before heading back out.
We walked around some bars and restaurants looking for a pool table but they were all
busy. We then went into Gecko's for a quick drink in the afternoon. After the drink we
walked over to our hotel's restaurant to shoot a game of pool but when he saw that they
had a chicken and corn chowder soup special he had that instead. He took his time
enjoying the soup and then after finishing it he said that he was going back to his room so
he changed his mind about shooting pool. I went up to my room to catch up with my e-mails and such while doing some texting on my phone in between.
I was planning on checking out the dog house meeting at Lollipop today at 6:00 PM but I
won't have enough time to get ready for that event so I have to reluctantly pass on that. I
also picked up some antibiotic to take to get rid of whatever I have contracted that was
giving me a headache, runny nose, sore throat, constant coughing, and lots of mucus. I
hope I'm not coming down with something serious on my last couple of days in the
Philippines.
My friend called me up to let me know what time to meet for dinner. We met downstairs
around 8:15 PM and my friend wanted to eat on a schwarma for a simple meal. We took
the schwarma into Club Asia with us. My girl friend showed up at Club Asia and sat beside
me. We watched the dancers on stage while eating our schwarma, drinking our drinks, and
snacking on the complimentary popcorn which was a bit salty to make you thirsty so you'll
order more drinks.
We left Club Asia and then went inside Typhoon. My friend wanted to check out the
waitress that he was thinking about bar fining tonight. We were in there for about an hour
but eventually when we left my friend decided to pass on a date for the evening. He wanted
to recharge his battery for tomorrow night.
Our last stop for the evening was La Pasha. The style inside La Pasha changed to the
standard Angeles City girlie bar theme from the initial Makati style of wearing elegant
nightgowns. The Makati influence didn't really work in Angeles City. It's past midnight
already so I called it quits due to me getting sick the other day. I went back to my hotel
room with my girl friend while my friend went to one more bar to cap off the night.
Back in the room my girl friend started taking care of me because I was feeling really lousy
from my cold or flu. She gave me a sponge bath with ice that we ordered from room
service. I took my antibiotics and tylenol before going to sleep. I wasn't in the mood for a
night cap so I went to sleep all snuggled up with the blanket. Tomorrow will be my last day
so I hope I can still do a few things before going home.
Day 9- I got a wake up call from my friend saying that he's going to eat the breakfast
special at International Sports Bar nearby our hotel. He said he's leaving right away and
there's only 5 minutes left until finish time for the breakfast. I was still in bed when he
called so I passed. My girl friend woke up and started to see if my little general was still
alive. After some foreplay she gave me a bj and then we had a quicky. I was surprised that
I was able to finish off because I was sick.
We washed up and got dressed. She left 10 minutes before me to see her daughter. I walked
over to Margarita Station to have chicken noodle soup for my stomach. My stomach is still
bothering me so I wanted something simple to eat for my cold or flu. I still have a runny
nose, aches and pains, coughing, stomach ache, and fever. I'm sure I came up with
something and I hope I can recover enough to catch my flight home tomorrow.
After the soup at Margarita Station I walked to S M Mall Clark. The first thing I wanted
to do was buy some medicine from the Watson drug store in the mall. I bought vicks
vaporub, vicks inhaler, and Fisherman's Friend lounges for my sore throat. Next I walked
around the mall to get some exercise and then before leaving the mall I went inside
Goldilocks to buy some tasty Filipino pastries to snack on.
I left the mall and went to the Chow King on Field's Ave. I had the wonton noodle soup
and a diet coke. After eating the soup I walked over to J J's market to buy a large bottle of
water and ice cream. I have a craving for ice cream and pastries so I hope to have this
delicacy before going back home tomorrow. I walked back to my hotel room and went on
the internet to catch up with the latest news and e-mails. I also did some preliminary
packing so I won't have so much to do in the morning.
My friend called me up and we agreed to have dinner in the Central Café at 6:00 PM. I
had the pork chop dinner with mashed potatoes and mixed fresh vegetables for 210 pesos.
The meal was pretty good and I was able to eat it all even though I was still sick.
My friend went to pick up his date from Atlantis and took her to the movie at the mall.
While I was waiting for my girl friend to meet me I had a drink at Nero's. Inside Nero's I
was surrounded by a bevy of dancers & waitresses. They were interested in my chocolate
supply and then we talked for awhile.
My girl friend haven't arrived yet so I made a stop in the Golden Nile. The friend that left
yesterday gave me his WOW Wednesday coupon for a free local drink at the Golden Nile. I
ordered a Cali playing it safe with a no alcohol night due to feeling sick.
My girl friend finally arrived inside the Golden Nile. She ordered a drink and I found out
that the local drink in here is 105 pesos which makes it the most expensive club to drink in
the Field's Ave. area.
After finishing our drink we headed to the Forbidden City for our last drink of my trip to
the Philippines. The Forbidden City is a new Chinese owned club that's really a sight to
see. I can only marvel at the ambience of the club but if only then can ratchet down the
volume of the music a bit.
I got a phone call from my friend saying that the movie is finished and that he'll meet up
with me shortly. My girl friend and I ordered another round for ourselves while waiting for
my friend to arrive. My friend eventually shows up with his date from Atlantis. He came in
just in time to see a topless dance which is rare in Angeles City nowadays. We left the bar
around 12:30 AM and headed back to our rooms.
My girl ordered some ice and bucket from room service so that she can use the ice to cool
my hot body down with. I'm still burning up inside and had a slight fever. She took care of
me during the night. Finally after cooling down a bit we had a final session until we meet
again. I set my alarm for 8:30 AM to insure that I'll have enough time to eat breakfast and
get ready for my check out at 11:15 AM.
DEPARTURE DAY
I woke up with my alarm clock ringing at precisely 8:30 AM. I got a ice rub down again
from my girl friend to cool my warm body down. We freshened up a bit and then I called
room service for the Central Park Breakfast.
The breakfast came up shortly and I
paid the bill plus tip. I ate the filling breakfast and took my antibiotics. I finished up my
packing and then around 11:15 AM I went downstairs to check out. After paying my room
bill and the Fly the Bus 600 peso fare I waited with my girl friend for the bus pick up. My
friend showed up at 11:30 AM to see me off.
The van finally picked me up at 11:45 AM and then I waved good bye to my girl friend and
my friend. The van made a couple more stops to pick up passengers before we were taken
to the Swagman Narra Hotel in the Diamond subdivision. When we arrived at Swagman
we transferred to the waiting bus and took off for Manila.
The traffic to Manila was smooth flowing and surprisingly quick compared to other times
I've taken the bus service. The bus arrived in Manila around 2:00 PM. The bus had a
difficult time squeezing through parked cars on both sides of the small side street leading to
the Swagman Hotel in Manila.
After the bus stopped I got off the bus and claimed my bags. I walked inside the lobby and
bought my ticket for the airport shuttle to NAIA at 3:00 PM. I sat at one of the tables in
the lobby and waited for the announcement for boarding the shuttle. When the
announcement was made for the shuttle to the airport we got into a Black & White van
and our luggage was stored in the trailer towed behind the van. This is the first time I used
this service. The fare for this service is 300 pesos per person to NAIA. It only took 20 to
reach the airport.
I got off the van and got my luggage before heading into the queue after spending some
time looking for the end of the snaking line leading to the terminal entrance. There was a
big mass of passengers lining up just about everywhere trying to get into the terminal. This
place is so unorganized. I finally found the end of the line and it looks like it'll take awhile
to finally get inside the terminal.
After 30 minutes I finally made it to the terminal entrance and the security guard checked
my papers and passport. I was cleared and went through the security check at the
entrance. I then headed to the check in counter. The line was really long for the economy
class check in. After waiting there for 10 minutes I finally saw that the business class check
in line was empty. I got out my VIP card and was directed to a counter with only one
person in line.
I was able to finish my check in under 10 minutes. I was offered an upgrade to business
class but I found out that it wasn't free and that I had to pay 21000 pesos to upgrade so I
passed on that.
After getting my boarding pass I paid 750 pesos for my departure tax and then proceeded
to the immigration line to have my passport stamped to clear me for departure. I had to go
through another security check point which was segregated by sex. I was able to get into
the main terminal by 4:10 PM so now I'll be free to roam the shops or stroll to the gate.
After a short walk around the duty free shop I went to the gate area and had to show my
boarding pass and passport before I got there. My gate was roped off already so I didn't
want to go inside the sterile area too early otherwise if I go out to use the restroom I'll have
to go through security again.
I found a gate that wasn't in operation and sat in that seating area. I ate my Goldilocks
dessert and finished off my bottles of mango juice and water. I used the restroom prior to
going through the final security check before I was able to sit in the gate of my departure.
The plane was late in boarding but I entered when they called for the VIP card holders to
board.
The good thing about having a VIP card is early boarding, the guarantee that I'll be able to
find an overhead bin as they are a valuable necessity if you have carry on that you want to
store up there. If you board last you won't have any overhead bin space and then you'll be
forced to put your luggage under your seat and if it doesn't fit then it'll be checked into the
cargo area.
The plane was full so but at least I had an aisle seat next to the window in the 2 seater
section. The passenger in front of me shoved their hard case luggage into the small space in
my overhead bin and probably smashed my soft sided bag and possibly denting my
netbook.
The plane took off about 30 minutes late but the Captain announced that we'll still arrive a
little earlier than scheduled. The flight was smooth all the way which was much better than
the rough turbulence I had experienced on the way to Manila.
A large number of people had colds so you can hear constant coughing and nose blowing
throughout the flight. I was also in this category of sick people. There was a couple of
movies shown on this flight but I was driftdrifting into and out of sleep during the movies
that I don't remember what I watched or didn't watch.
When it came time for the first meal I got stuck with the Filipino style fish that was slimy
and yucky. I ate my last Goldilocks dessert to keep me from becoming hungry. For
breakfast they gave us a small plastic bag with a croissant, fruit cocktail, and a banana. I
also had hot tea and ginger ale with my breakfast.
The flight landed about 15 minutes ahead of schedule and then I waited for my turn to
depart the plane. When I got to the passport control line the computer went down so I had
to endure a longer wait until it got back up again. I was one of the last to clear immigration
before proceeding to the baggage claim area. Even with the delay at the immigration
section I beat my bag by about a couple of minutes.
I picked up my bags and headed for the customs agent to hand him my customs declaration
form. He asked me a few questions and then I was allowed to take the green line out of the
immigration area and out the door.
My trip overall was about average. I found myself spending too much time with my steady
girl friend. I didn't get much of a chance to see new girls. I also was restricted on doing a
lot of things due to me catching a cold halfway through my trip. I did get to see Subic again
and it has changed for the better with the Barrio Barretto strip boasting Angeles City type
of agogo clubs but not on the same scale, though. The weather was nice the first week but
the last few days of my trip were really getting hot and humid. It would be nice to one time
take a girl to a nice resort area and spend quality time with her. The exchange rate went
down against the dollar so my spending power was reduced on this trip. I had more blow
job action on this trip than usual and fewer short times than normal if you don't count the
Perimeter Rd. short times. The nightlife in the Philippines seems to be getting better but
also more expensive. I wouldn't mind going back to the Philippines again in the future.
