Day 10- Arrive in Manila at 5:30pm. Met my ride at 6:00pm and we arrived in Angeles City around 8:30pm. The traffic in Manila was very heavy due to rush hour. After a quick shower it's time to grab a quick dinner at Kokomos. I was in for sticker shock when I took a look at the menu. The prices have really come up significantly since last year. There's nothing below 100 pesos anymore. After dinner our first order of business was to hit Champagne. There was a good selection of girls on stage but I decided to try for the waitress who was in street clothes already. I bought her a drink and just as I expected she's already bar fined. I guess I'll be coming back here tomorrow. From there we go into Club Lancelot which is the old Volcano. There's not much I can say about the line up in there. Our next stop is my friend's favorite bar-Confetti's. I'm getting bored in there since there's not much in there to excite me. Next on the agenda is Angels on Field's Avenue. My friend see's one he likes and eventually bar fined her. I'm still without a girl so we walk into a few bars and I finally decided to head back to Stinger where I saw one dancer that I might take out. It's already 2am so I made my mind up and bar fined her. It proved to be a mistake as she is so ala Thailand style and real business like. It was get down to business and she left right after. I got stuck with a runner. What a way to start off my trip to Angeles City.

Day 11- It's hot and muggy today as this is the hottest month in the PI. At least there's no rain. The exchange rate is slowly improving to 55.75 pesos to the dollar in the afternoon. Even though the prices are higher, the favorable exchange rates make up the difference. We decided to try one bar for the afternoon. Our choice was Nero's Forum. The early shift of dancers didn't really impress me. Maybe the night shift will be better. For dinner we ate the Mongolian BBQ at Margarita Station for 150 pesos. Now we start hitting the bars. We must have looked into about a dozen bars before settling down in Club Camelot. These newer and larger bars are more upgraded and nicer but maybe not as personal compared with the smaller older bars. It's kind of nice starting out the night in a relaxed atmosphere. Our next stop was Kitten Club. I'm being entertained by a dancer who at the time I thought was hot. More on this girl later as I pay the bar fine already. There's a party there tomorrow so I'll be back there again. From that bar we go next door to the Bunny Ranch. From the outside it looks new but the inside is about average. I'm buying drinks for the waitresses even though I was eyeing out one of the dancers. I don't get to sit with the dancer but I met her on my way out the door. A short walk down the strip and we're entering Insomnia. Not much there and we finish our drink quickly. I went back to the Kitten Club to pick up the dancer that I was with earlier. We went to the Blue Nile for a quick bar hop. The Blue Nile is quite busy after midnight. Lots of girls but also lots of customers. We decided to take our girls to the Pick Up Disco for one last drink before retiring for the night. The girl that I picked up from the Kitten Club was more interested in watching HBO on the television. After the second movie I decided to make my move. After a quick round, she goes back to watching the movie. Early in the morning after that movie she wants to leave and it's only 5:00 am. So much for round two.

Day 12-Can't believe that my trip to paradise is almost over. This is day 3 in Angeles City. I didn't do much during the daytime except to walk around, shoot some pool, and pick up some DVDs and t-shirts. To start off the evening we ate the all you can eat chicken & ribs buffet on lower Field's Ave. The dinner wasn't that impressive. There were many side dishes but the food was rather bland. Our first stop was Champagne Bar. I had my eye on a waitress from my first night there. I ended up hooking up with her. I took her bar hopping starting off with the nearby Club Lancelot. She's already drinking beer and I hope she doesn't overdue it since she's a small girl. After a couple of drinks we exit the club and head down to Bunny Ranch. I distribute the pictures that I took yesterday evening of the girls. We sit down and I see the dancer that I was interested in but I had my Champagne girl with me so I didn't call her. My girl had a couple more beers and she's starting to look tired. Her cell phone was ringing up every couple of minutes since we left Champagne. I'm not sure who's call her but she's busy sending text messages throughout the night. That's not a good sign along with her drinking. Our final stop was the Kitten Club when I had my bar fine from last night. There was a free Aussie steak dinner and my friend & I had our evening snack. My girl is drinking rum and coke now and she's starting to get drunk. I can tell this is not going to be a good night for me. We eventually leave the bar at 11:30. We head to my hotel room with her staggering like a drunken fool. As soon as we enter my room she's fast asleep. I ended up watching TV until she wakes up. After a quick round she tells me she's going home. That's my third short time in 3 days. In fact this is the first time I had short time since I've been coming to the Philippines. My trip is turning out to be my worst so far.

Day 13-We usually started the day eating lunch and do a bit of walking around in the hot midday sun. The sun is very strong this time of the year and you've got to protect your face and neck with a good sun block or wear a wide brim hat. I did both most of the time. We killed some time in the afternoon by walking down A. Santos St. looking at the so called BJ alley. Later we shot a few games of pool at Pattaya Land bar. It's not a great place to shoot pool but that's the only place with an open table. For dinner we only had a swarma. We'll be eating a lot of snacks throughout the night because of the light meal. Our first stop is my friends choice. He picks Rhapsody. Not much in the way of lookers on the dance floor. Our next stop is Nero's Forum where I pick up the girl I had from last year. At least I know she'll go LT with me. She decides to tag along with us and head over to the Blue Nile. I starting to get nervous now as she's drinking gin tonic again. After the Blue Nile we walk down the strip to the Jungle Club which is where I met my TG last year. She meets up with some of her former co-workers and then I'm obligated to buy them ladies drinks. Of course my girl's drinking gin tonic again. There's going to be a party with free steak BBQ tomorrow night. Looks like I'll be there tomorrow. Then it's off to Club Camelot. The line up looks the same as on the other night. We finally end up at Las Vegas Club. My TG is still drinking gin tonic and I'm really panicking because of last night's experience. At least she's really loosened up now. She knows some girls there so I have to buy some more ladies drinks again. One of the girls massaged me so that translate to another drink for her and also a tip. There's not much to look at on the dance floor but this is the slow season right now. At least I finally get my first LT of the trip but I know her from last time.

Day 14-This is my final night in my 5 nights tour in Angeles City. The time has gone by quickly. Tomorrow I will spend most of the day and evening traveling back to Bangkok. I have brought over some gifts to give to a good friend of mine that I knew from the old Temple of Rock back in 1993. I decided that this is my last chance to call her up. Making a phone call here is quite expensive even for a quick phone call. It cost me 40 pesos for 2 minutes to call her cell phone. I guess not everything is cheap in the Philippines. I finally got in touch with her and made arrangements to meet her in 20 minutes at Wantok Bar on Santos St. This is the so called BJ alley strip. The road is dusty and still unimproved since my first visit 11 years ago. We meet there and do some chit chat about the old days. They are closing early today for a party so we said goodbye until my next trip. I played pool with my friend at Pattaya Land Bar. At least I beat him in pool evening up the bowling loss last week in Pattaya. After the game I headed back to my room to wait from my girl from last night to stop by before she goes to work. Sure enough she finally shows up and wants we to go with her to her work place to pay for the bar fine. I grab a swarma for a quick snack along the way. Looks like I'll be taking this girl bar hopping again for the second straight night. We head to Angels for a drink and they are having their Sunday night dance contest. The second group looked hot with their exotic dance number. They get my vote. I'm munching on their popcorn to help fill up my stomach. Then it's off to Jungle and there's a party over there. We watch the dance contest and there are 10 dancers each taking their turn to dance. There are these leis that you buy for 50 pesos to put on the dancer as your vote. I must have bought about 10 of these garlands as I was feeling good already. When the dancing was finished they were passing out the Aussie steak BBQ dinner and I helped myself to a place. Now I feel stuffed and ready for some more drinking. We ended up going to Rhapsody so my drinking partner can pick up his girl. He seemed to be having a lot of fun and even did a body shot with one of the larger breasted girl. He had to decide which of the 2 girls to take that he was entertaining. He finally settled on the one that wasn't drunk. We decided to finish up at Black Jack where they have singers on stage since the dancers weren't much to look at. Time to head back to the hotel and then my girl falls asleep.
