Condensed Synopsis of Thai Trip

Arrived in Bangkok around 1:15 am a few days after Easter Sunday. Headed straight for Nana Hotel using airport taxi counter for 650 baht. After check-in, found out Nana Disco was already closed. Ask the taxi driver on the street and was informed that Thermae closes at 2 am. So he offered me this brochure of a massage parlor but I declined and went back to hotel lobby. There I found a lady in the lobby that offered massage service for 500 baht. I guess it was better than nothing. After the massage, we agreed to a ST for 800 baht more. I spent the next 3 days in Bangkok. Rode the sky train for the first time. I decided to ride to the end of the Sukumvit line, but backtracked to visit Siam Center. Later caught the Silom line and visited MBK mall. One more stop and I'm at Pat Pong. Girls asking for too much around 2000+baht for ST. Ended up at Nana all 3 nights. The ST ranged from 1200-1500baht asking price. After 4 days in Bangkok it’s off to Pattaya. First thing after arriving at my hotel on Soi 8, it’s off to the Soi 3 and Soi 6 afternoon bars. It’s nice having an afternoon ST in their ST rooms and later at night picking up a girl to take to your hotel room. I know it sounds expensive, but the afternoon ST was very reasonable between 500-700baht. With the evening beer bars ST at 500-800baht and the go-go bars around 1000-1500 ST, the night with 2 different gals adds up to between 1000-2000baht excluding tips for taxi or good performance. Spent the next 6 days doing this. Also, had my daily physical massage to relax me between the workouts. Cost about 100-200baht for the massage. Off to Koh Samui for the next 2 days. Bought a 2-day package with hotel, airfare on Bangkok Airways, & transfers on Samui for 8700baht on Bo Phut beach. Found out that this beach is far away from the action at Chaweng and Lamai, but it’s a lot quieter and slower paced there. I had an air conditioned bungalow with garden view. The breakfast buffet was included. The songtow (taxi) was too expensive to the nightspots at 100baht a head @ way. Rented a jeep for the 2 days, which gave the added opportunity of touring the island in addition to transportation to the beer bars. The first night checked out the Green Mango section of Chaweng. ST at these places were 1500baht minimum. At the only disco there, the dancers wanted 2000baht ST. So went to the Reggae Pub area of Chaweng and picked up a TG from one of the beer bars for 1500baht. The next day visited Namuang Waterfall 2, Hin Ta, Hin Ya, Big Buddha beach, and a few unknown areas for my island tour. That night, I checked out the Lamai beer bars. Picked up one at Sakura Bar for 1500baht. Flew back to Pattaya the next day and stayed there for 2 more days. Spent the last night in Bangkok taking a dancer from Pat Pong for 1500baht. Clinton Plaza seems slow especially the beer bars there. Soi Cowboy seemed better than last trip since I actually took one from there. Nana is just as busy as usual. Didn’t check out Thermae this time because of the new closing times for after hours joints. Pat Pong seems to be a bargain considering their high caliber of talent there, but got to watch out for the Katoeys who are just as beautiful. Was greatly disappointed by the 2-2:30 am closing time. Heard a lot about Rayong, but didn’t get a chance to check it out. Could have use Viagra but it’s still too darn expensive at 500baht per 100mg tablet. It was also very hot during the month of April.
