Day 9-November 2, 2004

I had to get up early at 2:00 am and get ready for the 3:00 am taxi to the airport. The taxi arrived but to my surprise it was a van and there's only 2 of us so there will be plenty of room to stretch out and get some rest along the way. We checked in for our Bangkok Airways flight and head over to the gate. We filled out the visa, customs, and immigration forms for our entry to Cambodia. We landed in Phnom Penh I was surprised to see that they built a new modern airport to replace the old outdated one from 2 years ago. The immigration process went smoothly and we were greeted by the Big Luck Hotel driver. Soon we were checking into the hotel. We arranged for our driver for the night. In the meanwhile in the afternoon I ate lunch nearby and bought some bottled water. I also turned in my roll of film for processing. I finally found an internet café to check my e-mails. We arranged for the driver to pick us up at 6:00pm for dinner. We ate at Ponlok Restaurant on the riverside. The food was decent and it seems to be a popular restaurant but a little on the expensive side. From there we went to Le Cycree Bar. We were the first customers in there and all the girls turned their attention to us. They gathered around and started fondling us. It's on of those grab ass kind of place. We stayed there about 45 minutes and then had the driver take us to Sharky's. At Sharky's there were girls all around. Most of the girls were Vietnamese and look on the older side and about average looking. We hung around for about an hour and then went to Martini's. Martini's is in a new location and it's an outdoor type of venue. There were lots of girls around but most weren't that great looking. I finally give in to one of the older looking Vietnamese girl. We agreed on $20 long time but she left before midnight making it only short time. My experience with her wasn't really good since she left earlier than agreed upon and still paid the long time price. I hope tomorrow will be a better experience.

Day 10-November 3, 2004

We arranged to have the taxi driver take us on a tour around the city for $25 for all day. He'll pick us up at 11:00 am at the hotel. We get a call that the driver will be about 15 minutes late so we waited for him. Our first stop was Toul Sleng which is a former prison that the Khmer Rouge used to torture the prisoners. After that we went to the National Museum. We took a break after the museum and had lunch in one of the restaurants on the river side. We then proceeded to Royal

Palace. There's also a $3 admission and here there's a $2 charge to use your camera. We then went back to the hotel for a rest. We ate dinner around 6:30pm at one of the small Chinese restaurants nearby the hotel. We met up with the driver at 7:15 pm. We took a quick look at Sophie's. You have to walk upstairs to go inside. We were the only customers at the time and the girls look a little better than at Le Cycree. We didn't stop for a drink there. We then went to Sharky for an hour or so. I met up with a Khmer/Chinese 22 year old girl in there. I bought her one of the many more drinks to follow as she is a beer guzzler. We shot pool for awhile and then I agreed to $20 long time with her. We then went to Martini so my friend can find a girl there. He hits on a 19 year old girl for only $20 short time. We then took the taxi back to the hotel. Then the girl that I had left after short time and wanted an extra $10. I reluctantly gave it to her.

Day 11-November 4, 2004

We started the day with breakfast at the hotel. I had the omelet with french toast and orange juice and Chinese tea. I then went to the internet café to catch up on my e-mails. We'll meet the driver to do some shopping at the Central & Russian markets at 12:00 noon. We decided to go only to the Central Market. After a quick look at the Central market we ate lunch at Lucky Burger down the street. We then had our driver take us to hair cut alley not far away from Central Market. I had a good clean hair cut for $2. Our next stop was to get a massage at Yang Chao Massage. My friend took the cutest Khmer girl and I took a cute Vietnamese girl for my massage. It didn't take long for negotiations to start and I got my short time. My massage girl finished the 1 hour session with the rest of the massage. We then proceeded back to the hotel for some rest before going out to dinner. We had dinner a little late since my friend over slept. We ate at a Chinese seafood restaurant that was a little more upscale. After dinner we had the driver take us to Mikado for a quick drink. Next we stopped at Shanghai Bar and it was really busy. I'm not sure why it was busy because the aircon wasn't on and it was quite warm in there and they only have waitresses and no "good fun" girls. We took a quick look at the Walkabout and found it not to our liking. It was getting late already and we only had time for one more stop and my friend wanted to go to Sharky again. What a mistake that was as the girl from last night was there waiting for me. I guess she must have taken me for a sucker. I tried to get rid of her but I must be smelling blood as she won't loosen her grip on me. I finally concede and take her back to the hotel. She almost drinks all of the beverages inside the minibar of my hotel room. After she leaves I discover that I'm a little short of cash. Am I surprised after last night? She left around 1:00 am and sure enough she's banging on the door at 5:00 in the morning. I was suppose to get up at 6:00 am and get ready for the 7:00 am taxi ride to the airport for my trip back to Bangkok. She gives me hell for the next 2 hours and wanted more money again, but when I looked in my wallet, all my money is almost gone. I figured she cleaned me out when I was taking a shower. It seems that you really have to have a head up when taking girls from Cambodia. I got ripped off 2 nights in a row by the same girl. Otherwise, the other girls that I had seemed honest enough.
